Q. I lost my login information or never received it. How can I view my portraits?
No problem, I can send a link. Please reach out under "Contact" with your school's name, child's name, class name, and a description of your child in the portrait.
Q. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple access codes?
Certainly! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.
Q. Why can't I add my other child's picture or sibling portrait to a package?
Packages are per access code. Portraits with different access codes cannot be combined into 1 package.
Q. Does the "Download All" package include all my pictures under different access codes?
Sorry, no. Like all packages, the "Download All" package is per access code.
Q. Can I crop the images?
Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.
Q. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect your work against illegal downloads.
Q. What is that blurry line over my portrait?
Sorry for this. Unfortunately screen shot theft is a problem, so this helps protect our hard work. You can move the line up or down by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen. It will not be in the prints or download.
Q. What is the quality of prints?
We print with one of the best labs in the industry on top quality paper. No cheap stuff. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch. We are devoted to your satisfaction.
Q. If I download the file(s) what is the quality and can I print them using a third party?
The downloaded file(s) are the same full resolution we print from. It can be guaranteed up to 8x10, but can usually print as high as 16x20. With your file purchase you'll receive a copyright release allowing you to print or duplicate your image however you wish.
Q. Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."
Q. How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the payment, the products you’ve ordered, and delivery method. The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed. Orders which include free shipping to schools are processed in bulk 5-10 business days after the order deadline. Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of products ordered. Typically they arrive at the school a couple of days after the deadline.
Q. I missed the Deadline! Can I still order?
Absolutely! You can always still order. You'll only have to pay the shipping fee to your home if you order prints. If your gallery is archived, please reach out and we'll see what we can do to open it back up.
